Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear running as an admin didn't do the trick!
Another fix I've seen reported for this error is disabling the Ubisoft Connect overlay.[www.ubisoft.com]
Could you please give this a try and let us know if there's any changes?

I did it and nothing changes. I cant play Far cry 3 and even Far Cry 3 blood dragon...
I understand that neither Far Cry 3 nor Blood Dragon are able to launch - do they both give this farcry3_d3d11.exe (error 740) error?
Please make sure to try the steps in our troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com]. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game, such as game or graphics optimisers.
Please also try running these two games using compatibility mode, set to Windows 7, using the steps from our compatibility mode guide[www.ubisoft.com].
If the issue persists, please let me know - I'll have some further troubleshooting steps for us to try in that case!

The first problem about Bloon Dragon is i did a refund, so i cant tell you as well how the game is going, but before the refund, i had the same problems.
So, i reinstalled Far Cry 3 like 5 times. I verified the game files in Steam, i have my graphics drivers updated (GTX 1660 SUPER) and im going with the compatibility mode with Windows 7 in both launchers. farcry3 and farcry3_d3d11

If i open the game manually using farcry3_d311, the game launchs, but appears a black screen and the game crashes instantly.

In that case, please also try running the game with admin rights - also described in our troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com]. I'm not expecting that to help, but just to cross it off the list, since it's such an easy thing to test.
Please see our system report files article[www.ubisoft.com] - the two files it describes can help us to identify issues, since Windows logs crash information even in situations where no error message is present. If you can let me know your Ubisoft Connect username, I'll be able to create a support ticket you can use the send those two files across to us.

Okay, so my username in Uplay is "ManoloElBombas"
I will be honest with one thing. I tried to download the game in "Green Steam" for try if the game works and the results are the same... Even with that, the game doesnt work fine. So i guess is my PC, but i dont know what is the problem here.

Both files is ready in Ubisoft connect. So write me when you have something.
And the msinfo32 is in spanish, i cannot do more.
If you have provided those files in your case then an agent will review this and respond in the case directly.
