Far Cry 3 will not close!

After i close the game and try to start it back up, steam keeps telling me that it is still running. i tried task manager, does not work, tried launching the game in different ways: through steam, Uplay, razor gamebooster, even just through the file. The only way to fix it is to restart my computer every time i quite Far Cry....as you can imagine...that is quite the hassle..

Please someone tell me if there is a way to make this annoyance go away!

Have you tried closing down Uplay after you quit Far Cry 3?

Yes but it just keeps saying "you must close Far Cry 3 first "

When you try to close Far Cry 3 from the task manager, does any message appear? Are you trying to end it from the "Applications" or "Processes" tab?

The need to re-due this whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game!!! Fighting vas is the worst board EVER invented! DUMB DUMB DUMB.....can I have my money back???? They give you a gun that takes forever to reload with 50 vas's coming at you! DUMB DUMB DUMB! So much for real world games! They did to much crack while writting this piece of ♥♥♥♥!

i had same issue yesterday. after forcing app to close, i fixed it by reverifying game cache thru steam.
