1 - you already have a silenced sniper rifle at the begining of the game
2 - if you look on the west side of the first island (on the map) you see a monkey symbol. If you have these two things, that's the deluxe edition.
Yes thank you, though most of the people here have done that. I can also tell you that i had the content available before.. It is upon re-installation of the game that the content is gone just like many people here. I played with the sniper rifle, i just can't any longer..
It's an obvious problem with uplay servers, as the cracked copy offer the deluxe content with no problem by replacing the uplaydll.. And tbh for most of us it's not waiting that is a problem, it is being ignored or taken for fools by the customer support..
If you ever un-install your game you will se what we are talking about :p

Yep, i did test that, it didn't work for me and i don't have the second file he mentions. That said i saw something strange, on the computer where i had the deluxe content available (first install) the Lockstring was a series of letter/numbers. On my desktop at the moment there is just UplayProfile LockString="".
I tried copying that Lockstring code on my desktop, didn't do anything, also tried to put my profile name. That said when looking at how "illegals" do it, this UplayProfile LockString="" is used along a uplaydll to unlock the deluxe content.
However, i believe our issue is one and the same with the redeemed content on uplay.. I used Uplay point to redeem the hand cannon and the missions, none of them show up in game either, and on this thread: http://steamcommunity.com/app/220240/discussions/0/864975249448522611/ , the last poster mentions that today he had news from support who said they had a server problem and are working on it just like Jacol told us in this thread though no offense to him i wanted to hear that from support, my guess is that it will resolve our issues too.
Fact remains that their communication is infuriating, and it will be the last game from them for me. Too bad they have some decent titles.
What really gets me is that I preordered for XBox and bought all of these DLCs and then I bought EVERYTHING all over again to play on the PC, because what PC owner doesn't lover their PC over any of their consels? BAGH! Dissapointment.
You know, there's one thing that keeps me thinking - I wrote to the support in english, but I've go this response in my native language which is pretty weird. Anyway, I hope this is a true and they're going to fix this issue as fast as possible.
I guess they're not just automated responces after all.
