Where to get far cry 3 cd key?

i bought fc3 from steam it downloaded normally when i opend it it opend uplay and asked for a key so where do i get it ?? help

I have the same problem, and tried the solutions, uninstalled and reinstalled and tried most of relevant actions but none worked. I dont think this is simply a technical issue though, as most people at least got their cd key connected to their steam account. I and a few others seems not to have gotten it at all for some reason. I got the Delux version yesterday, did you get the same one ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Carrot?

Same problem, reinsalled game, tried all the solutions. Nothing worked. Contacted steam and I've been waiting for 3 days now. Kinda pissed

Ironically I waited to buy it until it had been out a while, as I am only going to play the singelplayer, and was hoping some of the technical stuff were mostly fixed by now. Did not expect this tough.

start game from steam,copy code to clipboard then paste it in uplay. U must start game from steam!

We do not have the the code in steam! thats the problem!

I've got the same problem with the deluxe edition (and an eerily similar username as the previous poster O_o). The CD key is not an option in the properties-window for the game nor is it listed in the links in the right side of my library. No pop-up for it either when I try to launch the game. Made a support ticket for it this morning but no response so far.

I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hat ubisoft and Uplay after this... I payed 49.99 Euro's and the thing I get is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game software who tells me to write a CD-key I don't have....

Guys, I had problem with CD-Key "not valid" in uplay! It can sounds strange, but try to exit steam and run it AS ADMINISTRATOR! it helps me.
