Plus, i guess i'm the only one in the world that was NOT bothered by the respawning guardposts.....as i've said in other threads...everyone is now b!tching about clearing the guardposts and there being nothing to shoot at in 3. It gave an immediate sense of constant danger in 2, even though you could just find a way around them.
I also think i'm one of the few that actually enjoyed the story in 2 (yes it does exist). It was a more realistic story regarding what actually happens in some countries around the world. Genocide, anarchy, and you play a war-made soldier that helps evacuate 2 million people. Satisfying payoff for being patient if you ask me. Yes, the story in 3 is great, but tapered off after a certain event....hint hint.
It becomes an empty space, apart from animals, and both islands are exactly the same.
'Seen one hill, seen them all', someone said in these forums, and it is absolutely true.
And the plot, oh I don't have words for such stupidity.
