Anyone else have a "can't switch back to normal arrows" bug?

I keep getting a bug where pushing R to return from special arrows doesn't switch back, nearly every time. Pushing R has no effect after they've been switched to, and switching weapons back and forth doesn't start it in normal mode either. Any insight?

I've noticied it a few times although in many cases it was because I was actually out of normal arrows and specials were the only ones remaining. There may still be an actual bug though not sure.

Yeah, that's what I thought at first... but then the next time it happened I could confirm I only used 2 arrows -- then it switches to fire arrows and gets stuck. Pretty frustrating bug as I use the bow a lot.
