Tattoo on right arm

I have a tatto on my right arm. I didn't have it at the start of the game. Do you get it in a mission and I just didn't notice? Or do you get it with the deluxe edition?

the only thing that i know about a tattoo on the right arm is that it came with the insane edition of far cry 3.

i notived it after completing the missions for citra (those where you unlock more skills), first after returning the knife i got a small tatau on the right arm, and after the giant boss thing in the temple just before killing vaas, the whole arm got tattooed
