Far Cry 3 is taking 10minutes to Load...
It is the first time that I have ever had this problem.

My Far Cry 3 and Blood Dragon are taking 10minutes to load before I can play!

Why is this happening to me?

Recently fc3 has started taking A LOT longer to load than usual for me too, haven't found a cause or fix yet :(

I had the same problem in the beginning. I think it was an internet connection issue. It went away after a while. I also closed all my internet apps, like Outlook. I think it was downloading new areas of the world. After a while, you have them all, so the problem goes away.

The same is happening to me. It worked fine last night but today it's taking ages to load. The game menu appears before the background images have loaded and the mouse stutters across the screen.

Bumbing this for possible solution. Set your Uplay to Offline mode(there is option to always start it in offline mode) and it will speed up a lot.

However, this can cause a new problem: It will take ages to detect the network configuration...
