Are memory cards and relics worth finding?

I just need 2 more memory cards but I don't feel like going to outposts and finding the 2, what's the reward anyway? And what about those relics?
I'm short on time and I got other games to finish.

In your journal it shows rewards for many objectives and when you recieve them. I don't remember what the reward is for that, but it's easy enough to check it out next time you play the game.

Memory cards u find in your safe houses, its a matter of just collecting them... and if you liberate them anyway ( for awesome reward wepons :D ) then might aswell take those, but as for relics, there are 120 of them, and nothing much happens after the 120th, but the 60th gives a nice syrringe rewards... so that is worth getting...
