POker Bully bugged?

I won a game on expert for 1000 dollars, saved, did a few more games and eventually won a game for 600 dollars yet the achievement is still locked!?

Achievements syncing after exiting from game.

Exited the game, still didn't pop. Other achievements have popped while the game was running.

For me, I unlocked it by playing in Novice mode ($500) because if you win, you get $1500 from three opponents
