How to remove a tattoo from my right hand?

(Before that, I asked for help among the Russian segment, but no one was able to help.) I ask you for help, after reinstalling the game from Windows, a tattoo from some DLC appeared on Jason’s right hand (it wasn’t there before), which I don’t really like, and besides, it’s not canonical. So, I don’t understand how to remove this tattoo from my right hand, I’ve already reinstalled the game a bunch of times, unchecked the DLC boxes in the “Additional Content” tab, deleted the saves, nothing helped. Help please.

I wrote to Ubisoft support about this about 24 hours ago, no one answered me. They also recommended a mod for removing this tattoo, but this mod was made in 2013 and I couldn’t remove the tattoo, please advise other options.

There is a mod on Far Cry Mod Manager called CONTROL TATTOO. It has a variety of different options, such as having visually the entire tatau without depending on skills. or removing the dlc tattoo. check it out
