Logitech Gaming Software and FC3 .exe problems

Hey there, I'm hoping someone smarter than me can help me with this query. I have a Logitech G400 mouse and I've got a profile I want to use with FC3 (map, melee and camera on extra mouse buttons) but I can't seem to connect the Logitech software with the right .exe. If I go into Steamapps/common/Far Cry3/bin, the farcry3.exe doesn't lauch directly into the game, but instead brings up Uplay. So if I link the Logitech software to that .exe, my profile for the game doesn't work - instead it just uses my regular desktop mouse bindings.

Where is the .exe to directly launch into FC3? The Logitech software won't let me link to the Steam shortcut which does launch straight into the game, and I can't find anything in my Uplay folder. Does anyone use a similar program and know what the answer to this is?
