If wired, are you trying to use the Play n' Charge kit? As the Play n' Charge only works with the XBOX.
If wireless, do you have the corresponding wireless receiver for PC? It's a USB dongle.
- Controller for Xbox 360 wired, and it did not work
- Dualshock 4 (control playstation 4) connect to blueethot and neither worked.
When changing the settings, change "command" but not change settings.
Check windows update then click on "view update history" and go through the entire list. If you're xbox 360 gamepad driver isn't up to date you should update it. Not sure the exact date but there was a patch recently (3rd quarter 2013 i think) for the driver.
Then check "device manager" and under "universal serial bus controller" look for "xbox360 controller" to make sure its installed properly. If any usb device isn't installed correctly or somehow corrupted then it wouldn't be listed in device manager and would instead appear as "unkown device" with a "?" next to it. In which case you should try re-installing.
