A few things you can do after beating FC3...

Here's a few places you can still fight enemy soldiers that I've came across after beating the game. The first ones are all on the South island. I'll add North island locations when I find some good ones. Most I've seen in the North island so far, is just random spawns. The South island I've found 3 locations that still spawn enemy soldiers.

1. The Compound. You can start at one side and go back and forth to keep spawning them.

2. The Airfield/airport. Same as The Compund. Go from one end to the other. They will keep spawning.

3. The bridge with all of the walkways/structures on the sides of the canal. This is located kind of N.N.E. of The Compund. There's a structure just above the canal where a garage/port and house is that usually has 2-6 soldiers that spawn. The canal structures usually have 4-6 soldiers and at least 4-5 dogs.

*Update*

The following locations are for the North Islands.

I found 3 major locations on the North Islands that re-spawn the first enemy soldiers you face in the game.

1. The village in the Peninsula Southeast of Dr. Earnhart's Mansion. You can go from one side to the other and they will respawn.

2. The scrapyard that is West by Northwest of Calvary point. Usually has over a dozen loot chests. It spawns a decent amount of enemies.

3. The docks East of the Amanaki Outpost. This is the area you rescue Oliver in a mission. You can go all the way to the wooden dock and back. They will re-spawn.

There are a few random areas you will find the Raykat warriors fighting enemies, but other than that, they're just randoms.

If anyone finds any other locations, let me know about them.

To anyone having trouble getting the "Free Fall" acheivement, just N.E. of Gaztown in the South island, there is a large hill. One part of the hill has a cross where a Glider spawns. A little higher from there, is a structure with 2 Gliders. One on each side. you can use either one. Get the Glider at this location, either the yellow one, or the black one on the other side that sits on a platform down a small path through the fence. Keep your altitude, and fly out to the ocean. (Make sure you are above the water itself before dropping. Use your mini-map and looking down with your view to double-check your position). When you are far enough out, drop from the Glider. The darker the water, the better. You should get this acheivement with no problem. In the North island a little N of the Amanaki Outpost is a area where you can do this acheivement as well. I tried jumping from every ledge at that location but never got the acheivement. (A video of that area is in the community hub). I decided to give the glider a try, and got it the acheivement on the first go. I got the idea for this from using a Glider just South of Gaztown to get Relic #107. Using the Glider to get this acheivement was fun. One hell of a drop.

*Quick Update*

There are still Privateer soldiers in Thurstontown in the South island, but they are non-hostile, and you are not able to shoot at them. Its a "neutral safe-zone".
