BMI is good for measuring populations, but worthless when comparing individuals. His weight is normal considering his highly energetic recreational choices. Athletic people tend to be measured as overweight or even obese by BMI because of their muscles.

ya but he didnt really look very muscleular :/ i mean if we were talking about his older brother id understand that he's overweight by his muscle but jason looks very thine, if he was like 160 pounds id undertsand but almost 200 pounds is alot for a thine 6'1 guy isnt it?

I'm 6'2" and weigh 225 and I'm not fat. I used to go up to 260 when I lifted weights and I wasn't fat then either. BMI is only a very vague guideline. Many people in sports, for example, fall outside the range. Having said that, he does look a little too willowy to be near 200 lbs.

Pfft I think you're all missing the obvious answer: if you play anything like me Jason's been shot about a million times - there has to be quite a few bullets still lodged in him, weighing him down.

When I was 195lbs I could pull an 8 minute mile and bench 300lbs. I'm 5'10". BMI wasn't great according to a doctor but anyone looking just saw a stocky yet toned former-lineman. Sadly I'm not 195lbs anymore and a bit out of shape. But even when I was a 260lb lineman in junior high people would not call me fat, I was solid like a gorilla at that time.

When people tend to do things that require lots of stop-and-go motion they build and maintain moderate amounts of muscle while getting thinner as the body wants to move more efficiently. Brody had a history of athletic activities according to the backstory. Plus his height, 6'1", if I was that tall easily add 30lbs to both my athletic weights above. I have a taller friend and when we both were built the same for football he was 6'2" and exactly 30-35lbs heavier than me with same sized biceps. All that weight and height tells me is Brody is likely an athletic person which makes for good gameplay.
