Why do people prefer the AMR over the Z93?

Coming from a more stealthy player, why use the AMR over the silenced, extended mag, high power scope Z93? The Z93 can one hit kill anyone, even a heavy if you shoot them at the head. The Z93 can destroy outposts very easily, but if you use the AMR, chances are, the enemies are going to find you so you have to deal with reinforcements and no 1500 XP.

Yeah I also use the Z93 silenced. No idea why they didn't make a silenced unique sniper rifle instead.
