The game is rated 17 and up... theres even a sex scene at the end of the game.
Id hope you be more aware of games youd buy your kids in the first place.....
"Nudity
Strong Language
Strong Sexual Content
Use of Drugs"
Of COURSE Far Cry is going to be rated 18 and up, because of all the gun shooting and Bio-Punk references, it's been like that since the beginning.
It's not anything to do with gore, guns, gangs even. It's the stupid connotation to it, why does the game have to use these "Tribal Hitman" techniques to scare a kid? My kid honestly was watching and thought "This is just stupid, is this supposed to be scary...".
I can't. I got attacked by some random Bear, that should have been defending me to BEGIN WITH.
And a game that has to throw that much inappropriate Nightclub Conduct at you, booze chugging, and the usual typical teen "skydive trip" thing at you that all the kids are doing today, cannot have very good gameplay.
Its a real take on what college aged kids go and do when they are on vacation.....
Id say it was fairly accurate in that sense.
Also no. It was rated for:
Nudity
Strong Language
Strong Sexual Content
Use of Drugs
says so right on the box even... so not just gore and strong violence...
Are you complaining because a company does not care about your kids when making age restricted games?
Because it should be up to you to not expose your kids to age restricted games, no matter why they are age restricted, or at the very least play them all by fyourself first to decide if they can be ok for your kids or not
People drinking makes you uninstall a game?.... Wow!
Well, that's normal behaviour of that age group on vacation.
Just because you don't like the cutscenes, doesn't mean the gameplay is bad. You haven't even given it a try.
Why are you so eager to judge a game without actually trying it?
Uh no, I didn't do any of that in College. Pardon me, but I was actually there to get an Education.
Kid is just a general term for them, even at 30 they are still my Kids.
And, EVERYONE KNOWS from the LOTR & Diablo era, that rated T and M games are just for the gore and crap. Every parent lets their kid play those games.
In fact I left the main missions last so that I didn't have to put up with the ungrateful ♥♥♥♥♥ I had to save.
