Body Armor Bug

Been looking for a fix for the body armor glitch and never found an answer. It's stuck at 0%, but i can't buy new armor. maybe ini fixes, mods or anything would be helpful.

Same thing that is happening in this video.

i can't buy new armor, therefore i can't unlock the "Button Up" perk.

it makes it so i can't hit 100%

It burns off so quickly, I stopped bothering with it a long time ago. - Still, that would bug me..

Agreed but it means we cant get 100% completion as we cant get a couple skills
