Can't find these loot chests
Two loot chests icons on the north island, Sputh-east of Amanaki town, in the area with the komodo dragons and two little huts. One of the huts has ropes hanging down the side you can cimb up. Have looked around for caves but cant find any.

Some caves are fairly long, from what I gather in that area is some cave or two at the river that lead quite far inland.

exit to menu and re-enter the game, the 2 diamonds will disappear from the map.
