xbox one controller won work on farcry3

hi, i play on acer predator helios 300, idk why the Xbox one controller didn't work on far-cry 3, although it did work all other games and far cry 4, why ?

My 360 controlers works for me.

Make sure you are experimenting with turning the controler on both BEFORE AND AFTER you start the game, sometimes it matters if the controler is turned on before or after the game as started already.

make sure its plugged in when game is starte, and get the xinput drivers and xbox accerioes installed... then run game...best i got for you

Its on, i always connect the controller before launching the game, but it didnt workb either

might seem like a weird question but is it a a real mictosoft controller or a third party?

I will try and help you troubleshoot this issue, ive had mixed issues using wired controllers, can get most to work one way or another, best option is to go into device manager and pick the xbox driver manually and force it to install the controller drivers as there is a generic driver and an xbox driver.... forcing the xbox driver on any third party controller fixes issues with out having to use a program to set the keys....
