take a screen shot of that as proof of purchase
your far cry 3 game is tied to the uplay account e mail you used .. ..so yea your gonna need that info as well ..if ya used some weird e mail account you should have written it down
ALWAYS WRITE DOWN ACCOUNT E MAIL AND PASSOWRDS you use when creating any online account..keep them in a little book in your desk .. so you dont have any hassle in the future ..i been doing that for over a decade ..never had a problem
to contact steam support your gonna have to use steam support site
ubi support for account problems always use PHONE or Twitter or face book are your fastest options .. (Steam does not offer that level of support sadly )

played thru the game fine on that old POS system . so i am guessing you have
1.
no clue or not enough PC
2. (or are on a craptop )
or
3. have more PC power then you can handle., that you can't configure or understand
..1 of the three
