About ending and difficulty of the game
After I finish the game and I saw the ending scene which is depressing as hell.

I'm proud of beating the game which is maybe one of the most difficult games in my life but I thought the ending was not rewarding at all, and I wondered so bad why developers made the ending like this.

But after I read about actual history of Poland in WW2, I think I could understand it now.
At first I didn't understand why the story of later part of the game is unnecessarily complex, and it was history reference, too.

And the game's difficulty is not something we could say 'difficult' or 'hard' or something. It's literally untouchable to most players.
I think it's because the game is relatively short, having only 6 missions in total. If the game is difficult, playing time would be longer, so it's not a bad choice at all, right?

But I also think that's not the only reason as the actual history was in a very bad situation... Is it intended or am I overthinking?

Hey, same as u, I have just finished this game and I must say. This game is so good and definitely not for everyone. It´s too difficult for beginners with this genre. Rather for stealth-games veteran XD I must say. Yeah the ending left me hanging, just like War Mongrels or even sadder...Both game let me drowning in thoughts as reward of completing the games.I guess it s kind of their signatures. But I need a sequel for 63 days, maybe?

For those that know this genre, I would describe 63 Days as being a modern day Commandos Beyond the Call of Duty. That old game was designed as a follow up to the original Commandos and deliberately much harder, not designed for the masses, but to appeal to people that wanted a game that pushes even the best players to the limit. I loved Commandos BCD, and for the same reason I loved 63 Days, yeah its hard, and I agree its a game that left me with mixed feelings, but in a way I think that's a good thing. From the story, to how much the AI essentially cheats, it's very hard but also very rewarding once you get through to the end.

As a huge fan of this genre since it started I've loved every Comnandos, the games from Mimimi, and now these guys for WM and 63 Days. Commandos presents a very "normal" side of WW2, we see it through the eyes of a group of commandos that are simply doing their job, and we never see any of the gory details as such. WM and 63 Days go the other way, they highlight the gory details of WW2, we see it through the eyes of people living in it, through it, they don't shy away from the brutality of war.
