How separate the main parts of the ship?

After I pointed the transmitter towards a specific part, to know where it ends, I destroyed absolutely everything around it and I can't pick it up with the crane (connectors not destroyed). There is nothing more attaching it to the rest, that I can destroy.
What am I missing?

1st cruse ship has hidden cutting points
3 cruse sip has slightly hidden cutting points that are mostly visible

if there are winches on both sides of the ship u need to use them to pull down the sides so you can call the crane to lift them.

Yeah i'm not on the 3rd for now, but I made a report on the first in the official bug channel on steam. You have the detail on where are the 2 hidden cutting points if you want to

there are 4 on the first cruse ship dlc boat near the bow behind the pillars close to the bow

It's the mariner. I have checked again, I can't see the winch. I'll search on the net, see how it looks like, but it shouldn't be so much guesswork involved.

Wait we forgot something important !
At that point of the game, there is some part of the ship you can lift by crane.
You need to use a winch, which you can fin on land on both side of the ship.
If all connector are disassembled, then you can use the winch to separate the part and then lift them by crane.
If that's not the problem, try to post some screenshots for us to help you further.

I can see at this next ship the tutorial talking about the winches. So, earlier ships can't be disassembled, it's not possible, as they have no winch. But why have the option to select them with the walkie-talkie?

For the fact that you could tear it appart, idk.

For why you can select w/ the Walkie-Talkie, it's because you can lift them by crane after tearing them appart from the ship, so the game let you select but give you an error message at the bottom of your screen
