How to unlock all tools?

Hello!
On some ships, it tells me I haven't unlocked something, when I hover over some parts of the ship, those parts can't be destroyed with the hammer and other basic tools, can't be carried away with a crane. So, how do I unlock this possibilities?

You got to be more specific, which part you can't destroy?

FYI, you need to buy the blueprints for the tools first, then buy the actual upgrade itself at the workshop.

If a crane can't carry it away, it needs to be winched first (after all adjacent connections are cut)

I got this on MV Symbol of the Ocean, the piece above the rescue boats on the left (if you stand in front of the ship) , the ship piece is clearly broken of (nearly 30 degrees) so all welding points and floor pieces are definitely not the problem. When I point my walky talky to it it states use the winch. When I go to the winch spot I cannot target the broken off piece, tried all 3 winch spots in that area. I can point the winch to the area below this piece, but it does not work because it expects the top part to be gone I expect. Trying to get some screenshots, but then the game crashed again :(.

That's a known bug, pending a fix in the upcoming update.
