I have been able to reliably reproduce this issue on (so far) the first submarine, while the following criteria are met
A) The crane is actively moving items
B) The autosave gives me the message that it cannot save while the crane is working
C) I am actively using the saw to cut things (might occur with other tools, but I have only seen it occur with the saw)
Once the issue occurs I am stuck holding the saw without the ability to switch to any other tools, the saw does not work at all in this state (it cannot cut anything)
The issue appears to resolve itself after the autosave completes and its popup goes away. normally I have to saw something after that to allow me to change tools again.
"If it says PlayWay, don't pay, don't play, just run away!!!! Just low rent garbage.
Cannot say that ive had the exact same experience with playway games in general, there are certainly a couple bad eggs, but there are certainly a handful of good ones mixed in there too, with the rest falling into the meh area.
This game in particular has certainly had some pretty rocky launches on all of their DLCs, but i wouldnt go as far to say they are worthless, considering that even when there is issues they do get around to fixing them eventually.
