Report a translation problem
You previously made a commitment to be more transparent to your customers, and not providing the patch notes here shows that you're not serious about doing so.
Yeah, I found that one myself. Unfortunately, this just lists files changed, not what was done to them. Considering there are changes to the executable, there's at least SOME code-level change - or at least should be.
Honestly, my primary concern is whether I can play with my friend, of we'll still be separated by region lock. Was hoping the patch notes had something to do with that. Although fixing the third sub wouldn't be bad, either.
Here is an idea. Since this game exists on Steam and people play the game on Steam, how about adding patch notes also on Steam? Just an idea.

Hi guys! I've uploaded an upcoming patch to the unstable-branch for you guys to try out, and in a few hours after we test it a lil' further, we'll release it for ya'all on the public default branch Few fixes for multiplayer, leftover hanging wires and pipes, submarines, radioactive hazard, betweenhull floors, connectors on Armano Adrianii and other minor (mostly optimization) improvements.
