It was the version before 1.4.3.3, so 1.4.3.2?
I have all dlc and it was the first boat of the new dlc, but this isn't tied to a boat.
I had the problem in the past with different boats.

What you do is: pick up stuff, like for example 250kg and then throw it on the ground (green box), pick it up again and now instead of 250kg you only picked up 44kg. (or whatever)
It doesn't change the amount by throwing it into your truck, it stills only adds 44kgand also loses items for your contract (I tested this at some point in the past). I restarted the game today and it looks like the bug is gone. So I have no idea how and then it occurs, I guess restarting the game fixes it. feels like the first SGS game with bugs like this :D

I can only confirm it happened to me more than once.

I have the same problem. I regularly throw creates behind me as I collect all loose scrap, but picking up those creates (starting today) gives me Less scrap than the full capacity I just threw in them. Suddenly I can pick up multiple previously-full crates in one 350kg inventory.
Note: this weight decrease only happens once for any given create. If I pick up and throw that same create back down the weight only decreases that first time.
This scrap loss is continued ad infinitum if you pack that old crate inside a new crate (at least 1kg more material).

I cannot see my newer saves, the last ones are from march 2024 and what's worse the game doesn't save AT ALL.

ship bug...so i found a prob i fully box up every thing the ship had and not a crum left on the ground but some how i was short for 2 of the contacts at 1s i fig it was the ship but it happind 3 times in a row on dif ships the other 2 was non dlc ships am i the only 1 with this prob ?

i managed to find a hidden Weld that needed cut on both sides in the front top level tower looking rib, it was barely reachable from the top on the inside where i managed to break it from.

hey lowjohn the saved game does not get into the game at all it start to load but then never gets done never goes into the game ever since update 1.4.3.1.i have tried verifing the game files i have tried starting brand new game then save as soon as i get into the game then back out to the main screen and select saved game and it starts loading but it never gets into the game i have tried reinstalling the game and i have noticed other ppl having the same issue so it is not just me.i would love to play this game but if i cant load saved game then i am not going to play the game because if i play the game and then decide to buy another DLC i would have to start all over again and play continuos.

did you throw boxes on the floor instead of directly on your truck or the container? there is a bug where those boxes loose some of their content.

Yes, lots of people are seeing this issue, and it's almost always caused by a corrupt save file. The instructions I posted earlier should let you *remove* the corrupt save. Reinstalling the game will not solve the problem because the saves use Steam Cloud.
