Track Central not available on BC or Xbox360
I see this community is a lot more active than any others. Please can a developer help us ? One Achievement (Community Spirit) has been broken as track central is not available on the Xbox platform anymore. If anyone can assist it will really be appreciated.

Hello rainkinx1, thanks for getting in touch.

We have stopped post-launch support on this game as the title was originally released some time ago, this means any bugs with achievements, or online game modes on any platform will not be fixed, as the original team who could support the title, have moved to other projects and we are unable to task someone with fixing this issue now.

I apologize for any inconvenience that the Xbox achievements may have caused you, but I hope you will still continue to enjoy your time with the game.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. The only functionality broken is track central. Is there no possible way to just ask the team to make sure the track central server is up and running ? and if necessary reboot it. It was functioning and started getting slower and slower until it is now not available.

We are able to ask our IT teams to look into issue with online servers, not achievements though, if we can provide a video to them that shows the servers are not working as they should - such as not connecting at all on a particular platform.

We haven't seen many reports of this so far from players, who are still playing this game online or trying to, do you happen to have a video clip thats shows the servers are unavailable for you?

Multiplayer,leaderboards etc is all working , the only thing not working is track central.

Hello rainkingx1, thanks very much for going to the effort of providing this video from your Xbox 360 and on a side note, nice channel! I see you have some classic retro game clips on there.

As we do not have any internal information to say why this game mode is currently unavailable, whilst the online leaderboards and multiplayer modes are still online, I am going to ask our team in charge of our Legacy titles/IT team to look into this.

It may take some time before I am able to update you with more information on whether this can be fixed in-game, or not, but thank you for raising this with me, so I can ask the appropriate teams to look into this.

Just an update that I have been trying once a day , but there has been no changes yet. Thanks for all effort and feeedback we have receieved so far.
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

So I have still been trying daily. Track Central is still not working , but now even the online leaderboards are not working. I hope you still find a solution for us/...

We don't have any further updates available at this time, however should we hear anything more from our team as to why the service is unavailable and if there are plans to restore it, we'll let you know!

Been testing and good news is that the leaderboards are back up and working. Track Central unfortunately is still unavailable. Really hope this can be sorted so we can access the 100 000's of custom made tracks...

Thank you for the update rainkingx1, our teams have been in contact with Microsoft about the Xbox 360 servers, they found there were some issues with the servers affecting a few games, but they are in the process of fixing them.

We know the multiplayer content in the game is working, but we know Track Central is still unavailable. Our IT team's investigation continues.

Scroll down the page of threads to find mine. You can access 700 of the best rated tracks there.
