No way to add windows or furniture?

I just bought the game, and it seems like the only thing I can do is create an empty room. There are only three tools available for blueprinting: editing walls, deleting walls, and continuing. I can’t place windows since there’s no option for that, and there’s no way to add furniture either, there’s no button or feature for it.
