It's already bad enough that they're calling it Pocky & Rocky instead of Kiki Kaikai and are still renaming Sayo to Pocky. I thought the era of erasing japanese culture with bad localizations was over.
Also the reason why TC mentions is because Ame-no-Uzume in the overseas console versions have her cleavage window covered up by more cloth both in the cover arts and in-game artwork (except her sprite). Anyways, if you look at the game's header art in the steam store page, Ame-no-Uzume doesn't seem to have the extra layer of cloth that she has, so chances are, they're keeping her original arts from the JP console versions.

The official English trailer also features the censored art.

EDIT: StrictlyLTD seem to only be involved with the console releases of the game and not the Steam version, so this may be the uncensored original.
If it's not a big deal, then go ask the people who decided to censor it, "why did a small revealing of boobs trigger you so bad that you had to apply censorship on someone's arts?"
The ones who treat it like a big deal are the ones who censor it.
