11-28 Update Downloading Error

Hi chessfriend! I have witnessed several users encountering download problems after this update. I think this is not an issue with our own network, but a glitch of Steam or ChessBase. I reached out to Steam Support, but they were unable to offer a solution and advised me to contact ChessBase directly. I have sent an email to ChessBase ([e-mail]) and am awaiting a response. I will report their solutions here. If you have any additional information, please notify me in the comments.
