Wont let me play walking dead survival instincts

when i try to run the walking dead survival instinct (i bought yesterday) it wont let me run when i click play and error pops up saying something like error P:0000065432 PLEASE HELP I REALLY WANNA PLAY and yes i have tried restarting steam and tried going into properties and verifying files

IDK i just tried to launch it again after going into libraryu then right clicking pressing properties going over to local files and click verify blah blah blah

it is called verify integrity of game cache
