Unable to connect. Is the INTERNET Working?

Help! I've tried it everyday but it's still not working. My Internet is working fine.

I'm guessing this feature used a server that the devs maintained, which has long since been shut down. But I just made that up. I don't know.

I once got the game from a website (The official one for 9.99) a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time ago, and that one's multiplayer works fine. I have a 22m tower in that version currently. Some reason, in that version, you can only have a max 300 goo balls, but in this I have over 500 and counting in the wog corporation. Maybe the fact that it is a different version is why is doesn't work.

You can only have 300 Goo Balls because of Fire Code regulations (at least that's what the Sign Painter said) but in this version multiplayer doesn't work so they probably removed the limit and made it into a sandbox mode.

Actually, I found out that there is a max 300. It's just I was going for all OCD's and didn't have time to work on the tower. At one point, the new goo said something like +550, which made me think I actually had 550... I didn't... RIP... it was only 300.
