will there be a World of Goo 2? (Spoilers)

There are some ways that 2D boy may make a World of Goo 2. the biggest is at the end of the game, after the telescope had landed back oto the island, you see the Ivy Goo balls you launched into space pass a planet, and after they pass the planet, Goo balls wake up from a deep sleep on the planet! would this mean that if there's a World of Goo 2, then you'll probably go to that planet somehow. I've already though of a story about it, AND A NEW SPEICES OF GOO!!! really. in the comments, I'll explain the story (-:

In the story, you go back to the destroyed world of goo corperashion, and there was survivors from the exploushion, and there building a Rocket! you try to stop them but it's too late, because at the end of the last level of the first chapter, they lift off!

in chapter 2, they've landed on another strange world, and there's this "new speices of Goo" in this chapter. they look just like Ivy, exept there yellow. these Goo Balls you can't controll, because these Goo Balls hate all the others so much, there willing to sacrifice themselves! what they do is that they first build outo-maticly build to your structure untill they connect, then build to a fire!

Well, originally there was planned to be a moon chapter on the European version, but after they released Wii Ware and Retail versions, they decided to scratch the idea. Nobody really knows if there ever will be a moon chapter. Apparently, the moon chapter (Aka Chapter 6) was meant to be set one year before the epilogue, so unfortunately your story wouldn't make sense. Unless of course they change that idea. Anyway, no sequel has been announced as 2D Boy has been working on some other games, but who knows? Maybe World of Goo 2 will be announced at E3 2017. The game was made 7 years ago, so the chances of a sequel are slipping away. I really hope they do make a sequel though
