Dual monitor Linux setup

My game launches over both of my monitors (1920x1080 in portrait and a 2560x1440 in landscape), is there any way to change this just to run on the landscape monitor?

Try editting this file I had to for my dual monitor setup in Windows mind you I didn't have 2 different monitor resolutions, I'd go with the resolution you intend to play it on like your primary that games usually default to: Go to '\Steam\SteamApps\common\World of Goo\properties' and open config.txt
After opening the file find:

<param name="screen_width" value="x"/>
<param name="screen_height" value="y"/>

Change to your resolution..... I think their default is 800X600
