Goo Tool question (fan-made for fan-made levels)

For the Goo Tool, it tells me "Goo Tool couldn't automatically find World of Goo" then when I *do* "locate" my World of Goo.exe, I click it. Now it's says "You have the demo version of World of Goo" "Error reading current configuration: I:\Program Files (x86)\steamapps\common\World of Goo\properties\config.txt". I paid for this full, gem of a game! How do I fix this?? *Thank you*!

Currently GooTool doesn't support the new anniversary version of World of Goo, so you need a old version of World of Goo from Steam
