Anyone know what the latest update to HL2 is?

I just logged into Steam after about a week and I notice HL2 is updating as we speak.

I can't see any explanation.. anyone know whats in this update?

This BIG PICTURE thing ... tested it with a VGA-cable (I've got no HDMI cable) and it works! Great ...
