Unable to enter Nova Prospect exit portal.

Trying to complete the part where you defend the portal room with the turrets, and when the portal is charged I am unable to trigger the portal because Alyx is blocking me from entering. This problem persists after reload. Is there a way to fix this? or will I have to enable developer console?

Is a problem with collisions and Alyx position, and does not give the player space to enter. You can advance if you manage to ride on top of Alyx head.

I had this too and ended up using noclip to fly up above her to enter the trigger - you've gotta be careful though because when leaving noclip if you're in the wrong place it'll put you outside the elevator, and then the level transition won't fire - the best spot I found was slightly in front of her and above, to stop the game putting me back on the ground after I turned noclip off.

YEss!! I managed to use on of the turrets as I ramp!

Nice!

Because the problem was not there before. I seem to remember that at some point it was there but they corrected it and like everything else every time they fix something, they break something else.
