Crashing during Route Kanal

as soon as I get past the part where the person shoots two headcrabs and the radio states that Gordan Freeman is Back and stuff, I can't go any further without crashing, and then when I try to open the save file the game crashes with no crash message, it just closes, please help.

it appears the game is having issues with Headcrab zombies.
my game crashes anytime one loads in on screen

update, you can fix the problem by installing a modded zombie model from the workshop

whenever I try to go under the barrier at the end of that eradiated hallway, it crashes, but it's fine before then

as I said, it's an issue with the headcrab zombies, install a mod for temporary fix until devs fix it legit
if that still doesn't work, just skip to the next chapter, it's literally the next map

When i run intergity check, it says 10 files corrupted. Problem is steam not downloading correct files. So my best gues is to redownload game.
Update: nope no luck still engine error bad inline model number 160
