headcrab replacements?

i find headcrabs really disguisting and creepy, too creepy and too disguisting. is there anything i can do about that?

Yeah. It's called hitting them, shooting them, using gravity gun to shoot objects at them. Explode them, ect

Not sure if theres any replacements put in that you might like, but i've seen one with a more cartoony TF2 style.

don't be afraid to use heavy ammo on them, just get them out the way as soon as u see them

I'm eagerly awaiting someone to make a mod like the option in Lethal Company that makes the spider model a giant "Spider" word as the model.

Like, just take the red "ERROR" font, make it say "headcrab", make it a replacement model, and boom.

Probably, though it could also be because standard headcrab animations won't work for a cat model and no one wants to bother making a new skeleton and animations for a mod that would be funny for like 2 minutes.
