I really wish Half Life 1 and 2 would come to my Playstation

I would buy them AGAIN. And play them AGAIN. I love Half Life 2 so much, this was one of the first games I ever played on PC many years ago. But times change and (after 2000 hours of TF2 and 3000 hours of Dota 2) I moved to Playstation, which is now my main gaming platform.
And the only PC I have is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ laptop that can BARELY run TF2 on minimal with several tweaks for low end PCs.
As I am writing this post, I am downloading Half Life 2 to play the updated version because ♥♥♥♥ me, I wanna play.
But if I could choose, to play on my PC or paying 10 bucks and playing on my PS5, I would choose PS5

I just remembered what I wanted to say. I play on PC with Cobtroller in Big Picture. And the main reason for me to come back to City 17 is the updated controller support.
I even play TF2 on a Controller. Call me crazy but I have no idea how to use mouse

PS4 will be able to 1080/60. PS5 will be able to 4K/60. I mean, there are games currently that are way more demanding than HL2, and are more detailed, and run at 4K/60.
The only question is the effort that Valve puts into port.

Update : my laptop cant run at stable 60 on 1080/minimal :(
It seems Valve will have to patch and optimize HL2 Anniversary

Maybe try to get an older refurbished gaming laptop. I agree that the games being on PS5 would be a good thing though.

Yah the controller support is very nice (and well done), first time ever using a pad with HL2.. good timing as I now game with my pc connected to a large 144hz TV :P
