Route Kanal Crash :(

I get to the part where the Citizen who is shooting at two headcrabs, then the radio station talks about "Gordon Freeman being back", but the second I go towards the area you're meant to crouch down to progress.. The game just crashes.

Even if I hit the autosave trigger, it will just be an autosave that instantly crashes on load.

i have the same problem. been wondering that it might be one of the mods that i installed, but i need to check

When I noclip around the trigger that's meant to spawn the headcrab canister to shoot down onto the two citizens, the game doesn't crash and I can play the rest of the level normally.
So I'm at a loss lol.

you should disable it sadly...

but if you're playing it pure vanilla then im not really sure now....

i have a theory.... apperently it breaks the zombie models, but what if you get a zombie model replacement mod to counteract it?

I use the HL:A Zombie model replacement mod but that didn't change anything afaik
