[Half-Life Episode 1] BUG: Alex won't reprogram roller mines
Yo! I was on my first playthrough of Half-Life Episode 1. I wanted to continue playing today, but I was surprised that the game had just disappeared from the library. Then, I discovered that there was a new update that combined everything into one. So, I deleted separate Episode 1/2 and downloaded Half-Life 2 with Episodes included.
Now, I can't go past the room where you encounter 2 roller mines, and Alex has to reprogram them[Chapter 2: Direct Intervention].
Does anybody else have this issue? Is it because of the new update?

Old saves are broken now. Replay chapter or launch and play legacy Episode One from tools.

Starting a new game worked for me as well, after launching from the new Episode One menu within HL2
