The only thing really unnerving is Ravenholm, but in the end it comes down to Atmosphere.
There wasn't anything creepy about it besides the fact it is dark, gloomy, there is some very atmospheric music, and there's a fat guy who laughs very loudly.
But that Father Grigori is the coolest character of the game, so it makes up for it.
tl;dr no, there's only one chapter of the game considered scary. But even then it's not scary, it's only creepy.
