Vortigaunts are cute, right?

I just made this thread to see how much people agree with me.
And by "cute" I mean like how you'd see a puppy cute.

While I'm here though, in a thread nobody will read, and will probably only comment "vortussy" on, I might as well gush about them.

I never really can pinpoint my exact reasoning to finding them cute, maybe it's that really big red eye, or maybe it's because they were once evil, but are now friendly.
Maybe it's how they look wearing lab coats and chef hats on, maybe it's their bashful idle animation, or maybe its how unique and mysterious they are.
I don't really know, what's your thoughts?
