Flashlight Icon Broken (Solved)

For some unknown to me reason, flashlight icon broke and just shows me a rectangle, both in steam_legacy and anniversary editions, same goes with mods. I've tried: reinstalling my game, changing my OS language to english, verifying games cache, change icon via font editors and nothing helped. Even if it's not fixable, i want to know the cause of this problem, the last time i played Episode 2 were a couple of months ago, and everything was ok with the flashlight icon, i only noticed it today, when i've tried to port my HL2 mod to Episode 2 codebase.

Completely reinstalling halflife2.ttf font from the /resource/ folder and restarting PC after that helped me
