AR2 would be my 2nd pick: i love the alien design of it, now iconic.
The only complaint is the ammo limitations.
IMHO if GL was replaced with ability to aim and stabilize the thing for extra accuracy - that would go a long way at making it more viable.
crowbar: useful for dealing with headcrabs, breaking planks/webs without wasting ammo, eternal
gravity gun: good when you run out of ammo. good when supercharged
pistol: nice early game, kinda useless after combine soldiers start being deployed instead of civil protection. i like to use it for explosive barrels
revolver: one shots most enemies and is just good overall
smg: my most "meh" weapon out of them all, does low damage and has low accuracy, so i mainly use it as a backup weapon
overwatch standard issue: nice power, nice firerate, takes out most enemies with a few shots
shotgun: great all rounder, deals with enemies very fast, and theres really nothing it cant take down
crossbow: amazing for sniping, but not for moving targets
grenade: ig its ok, i dont use it much except when clearing out hoards of zombies or combine in an enclosed space, or taking out snipers
rpg: its the only way to really take down combine equipment, but it also serves as a grenade replacement for taking out snipers
pherapod: it only has one use, and that one use is fun
i mostly dislike the smg, grenade and pistol
if you read this entire paragraph on weapon ratings, well done, you get a free oreo
If the gravity gun counts that's #2
How would it be ironic?
