New Update broke Achievements!

In my more recent play-through I discovered that these 4 achievements seem to have broken and can't be earned through normal game-play. The achievements in question are Trusty Hardware, Counter-Sniper, Lambda Locator and Hot PotatOwned. Has anyone else had these issues getting these achievements in their regular play?

It appears you cheated to get those 4 achievements before starting this discussion.
There are legitimate ways to solve achievement problems:
