**I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS SHOULD BE HERE, BUT I'M TIRED FROM SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS THAT DON'T SEEM TO HELP AT THIS POINT**

Refer to the title. This has been happening for most likely just under a year now, and it's insanely frustrating. I keep crashing whenever the game reaches Red Letter Day, as all I see is a black screen. This never happened before, so I am not sure if my system really has anything to do with this. Anyway to fix this? I really want to play HL2 again.
