Half-Life 2 RTX?!
So is it gonna be update/upgrade for this OG version of HL2 or is it gonna be standalone that I have to buy it ''again''?

it's probably gonna be like portal rtx. it's free, but you can only get it if you already have portal.

Which makes the most sense. However, I believe it’s only 1 chapter that’s getting the RTX treatment.

Nah its gonna be an official mod on steam where it just like another other game on steam like discussion guides etc

Its gonna be a free game to download if you own HL2.
There will be no way to purchase it. You must own HL2.
